All of Gymlete’s websites, software products, mobile apps, training classes, and any other services are collectively referred to as “Services” in this Policy.

When we refer to “you” and “your” in thisPolicy we mean any individual who is a user, visitor, or unregistered guest of any of our Services, who holds an account or creates a profile for any of ourServices, who completes a survey, questionnaire, application, or other form through our Services, or any individual who comments on, reviews, or otherwise posts any content on any of our Services or social media channels.  

If you are acting on behalf of a company another legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Policy, and all references to “you” and “your” are referring to that entity.
At GYMLETE, Inc. (“Gymlete”) we respect your privacy and we are committed to maintaining your trust. This document governs our privacy policies with respect to users of our website as well as users of our software applications. 

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, register to use ourServices, request product information, request a quote, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.

When registering on our site or contacting us through our site, you may be asked to enter: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. However, no personally identifiable information is required to visit our site; you may visit anonymously. 

When registering to use our software you will be asked to create a user name and password and you may be asked to enter: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information.

For certain software applications you may be asked to enter other personal information such as sex, age, height, weight, fitness level, fitness goals. If you opt in, details related to your workout performance, biometric data, and history may be collected and stored on our servers.

If you arrive at any of our Services from an external source, we record information about the source that referred you to us.

Collectively, all of the of personally identifiable information that we collect about you is called “Personal Data” in this Policy.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the Personal Data we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To provide you the products and/or services that you have requested.

How do we protect your information?

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data integrity, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect your Personal Data.

Our website utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption. After a financial transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) is not stored on our servers.

Our software applications utilize state of the art encryption to exchange data between your device(s) and our servers.

We will continue to take reasonable steps to provide effective data protection at all times, however no security technology can provide 100% invulnerability to information compromise. Therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us. What about a child’s personal data?

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). Our Services are all directed to people who are at least 16 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from or about anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 16 years of age without parental consent, we will immediately delete that information. Certain Services may be used in schools with children under 16. In these cases, we do not collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. We provide a method for students to log in and obtain workouts without the need for us to collect any personally identifiable information.
